VJs TV Standard Commercial License Agreement for all loop packs and visual assets.
This Commercial License ("License") is a legal agreement between the purchaser ("Licensee") and vjstv.com ("the Platform") for the use of digital motion graphics, video loops, and visual assets ("the Content"). By downloading or using the Content, you agree to be bound by these terms.
01 Grant of License
VJs TV grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, non-transferable license to use the Content for commercial and personal projects, subject to the limitations below.
02 Permitted vs. Prohibited Uses

03 Ownership & Copyright
The Content is licensed, not sold. vjstv.com (or its contributing artists) retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Content, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights. This license does not transfer copyright ownership to the Licensee.
04 Sublicensing & Teams
This license is for a Single User. If you are a production house or an agency with multiple VJs or editors who need access to the raw files, please contact us for an Enterprise / Multi-Seat License.
05 Limitation of Liability
The Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall vjstv.com be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profit or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Content.
06 Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Content and delete all copies in your possession.
